Granulation in watercolor landscape for beginners
Hello creators! 🎨 Do you want to learn how to use granulation paints for landscapes?! Then this video is for you.
My top three tips for beginners how to use granulation in watercolor:
🎨 First of all, lots of water. Water, water and more water. Granulation paint loves it.
🎨 Second, don't focus too much on the granulation process, let it flow. Try to relax and enjoy the process.
🎨 Third, let each layer dry. It will prevent destruction of painted layers and creating mud.
And I would also highly recommend you to use 100% cotton paper (grain fin or torchon texture)

My top three tips for beginners how to use granulation in watercolor:

Thanks for your feedback and good question. The size of the loop will depend on the density of the paper. The main thing is to choose a thread that is not too thick. Since I stitched one sheet of paper at a time, I used silk embroidery thread 😉

What kind of scissors are those? Do they have a name?
Actually, scissors can be found in stores for creativity or stationery. In my case, these are wedo contour scissors. The blades have different shapes. Therefore, you can choose according to your taste.
