Budget Friendly Newborn Stash - Complete Stash for $150
This should be enough diapers for 2-3 days depending on how poopy of a baby you get. I misspoke in the video and said $100 but for 36 Prefolds, and the 8 covers it’s a few dollars shy of $150. If you’re on a tight budget you could do 24 Prefolds and 4 covers for $84. Also, buying covers used you can find them for about $5 each, and flour sack towels are only about $1 each and can be found at Walmart, target, etc.
-36 Osocozy Better Fit Infant Prefolds $22 a dozen with free shipping on Amazon $66 total
-4 Rumparooz covers (solids are $10 - $40 total)
-4 Nicki’s Diapers covers (solids are $10 - $40 total)
Not affiliated with any company or brand, I’m just speaking off my own personal experiences.

I was going to talk about my personal experiences between these two diapers and my preferences but had to cut the video short. But, between these two I prefer the PC as the lower hip snap on the TT has the tendency to leave marks on Leo’s thighs. It’s not a huge issue and the TT is cheaper than PC so on a budget the TT is a great option. Overall the PC swim plus is my favorite extended size dia...

Hey, this looks like a nice set set up. Would like to know how absorbent this is? Did you experience any stink issues or compression leaks? Microfiber inserts are notorious for these sort of problems. Thinking about pairing this with the microfiber nighttime insert. Just want to do a bit more research first

Hello, I do confirm the same issues here but, having in mind that this is one of the American made least expensive pocket diapers, I was able to complétele ignore the bulkiness (we literally just laugh at how big our toddler's waddling with this huge diaper) because, I put CD baby leggings - or extra roomy sweats - and the extra inside fabric, I just fold I wards but, I do see why it isn't your favorite diaper. I got this diaper for the larger size since our toddler who has DS will be using it maybe until he's 4-5 . Now, TY for saying the petite crown is similar in size. I'm going to go grab a couple of those for my little prince🤗

Cloth wipes are awesome. I’m looking for pads for urine incontinence. I like how you described the different fabrics you like. For the blood staining you can spritz hydrogen peroxide on the area before putting in the wash. When I had my periods I’d sometimes hemorrhage and soak my sheets. Hydrogen peroxide saved my pretties. If I knew I’d be bleeding (never regular) I’d use burgundy sheets. Fun times. Thank you for sharing this.

This was one of our favourite nb diapers. They lasted by far the longest out of any nb sized. The 2 inserts together were a bit bulky so we replaced the second one with just a thinner 3 layer bamboo insert when we needed more absorbency than the one insert could offer. I've heard though if you have a smaller baby, they don't fit right away. Our was over 9lbs so they were perfect for us.

I'm planning to use the Swim Plus diaper on my toddler as well - do you still love it? By the way, the tag on the diaper in your video says "10 to 16 kg" so I got really confused, but that's just a little mistake by Petite Crown. It fits up to 25 kg, phew! It depends on my mood 😂 I have had tpu/pul diapers wear down quickly with High heat, but I like folding flats right out of the dryer.
