This is an excellent lecture. It should be re-made with minor revisions due to progress in ventilator technology. I feel sorry for the speaker who had to constantly face the bright lights. This needs correction for the remake of the master piece.

My daughter 2 months 1 day has been diagnosed with Barotrauma only on ventilator less than a month. I kept asking to lower the pressure she has been on 7 Peep majority of the time with rates between 45-50 now they want to up the peep to 8. I disagree please call if you can advise need 2nd option
