Hello Jagan . Few things I wanted to check. Did the Device ID show up Prior to that please ensure your phone is connected to 2.4GHZ and not 5GHZ and Bluetooth turned on. Ideally it should connect post. If that doesn't work if you are confident unplug the wire going to the wifi module or dingle [pls refer to my other video where to identify the nodule] and plug the wire back to the WIFI Dongle. Just to ensure no lose connection. Let me know

Pls call the technicians to see if the sprayer arm is working fine and the stainless steel vessels, cooker should be placed upside down to get the best results

Hello @magneto, actually post 2:16 secs, the next step would be to select your WIFI network and once you select, you have to update your WIFI password and you will be able to operate both WIFI and Bluetooth.. since I have gone through the steps prior taking the video and it didn't allow me to perform the same steps again. Hope this helps.

There would be a wifi chip that you can see when you open the lid to your right, I will post a video soon. There are few models that are WIFI ready which means you have to call Bluestar to have them installed

Yes it should connect when on a mobile Hotspot. Ensure you re entering the correct Hotspot password

What message are you getting. Some Blue Star AC are WIFi Ready, meaning you have to install a wifi board on the unit. Pls share a video so I can check and guide

That would be the password you set for your internet / router. The video I showed, had the Blue Star app configured and it kept spinning when I tries to add again. Let me know

Ok let me check that for you by powering off and then resume after few houes. Also the model am using was available only on LG website which LG claim they have fixed it and same was the case with me .

@@diyshankar Thank you, that will be very helpful :) When you check, can you please power off during the wash cycle after it has taken in all the water and released the detergent? This way we will also know if it throws away the detergent when power is back.

Hello I just tested them yesterday. I turned off around the 38 mins mark and powered on after 6 hours gap, it started from 50 mins and I kept my machine in turbo mode cycle and the total time to complete is 1 hour and 7 mins. I didn't really look if it has kept the detergent as this doesn't really matter coz my machine starts from the cycle where it has left

It seems the machine does not have a memory of where it left off in the subcycle but it saves the last subcycle it was in and does the entire subcycle again. LG seems to have made a workaround by using a state machine. Your test shows It’s redoing the entire subcycle & this aligns with what customer care told me. If it’s in rinse subcycle, it will do entire rinse subcycle again but it won’t do wash subcycle again as it is out of that state. If it’s in the wash subcycle, it will do the entire wash subcycle again but will not repeat the pre-rinse subcycle. So its possible when it does the wash subcycle after power cut, it throws away all detergent water before filling in the water again and then restarts the entire wash subcycle from the beginning without detergent. This is the behavior that one Amazon user observed even though his machine was resuming the wash subcycle just like yours. So your machine may be washing without detergent without you knowing. Do you think you can test this by cutting power during the wash subcycle after detergent is dispensed and resuming after a few hours to see if it throws away the detergent water.

I will.check but the detergent compartment opens at the first 10 mins, I need a water proof camera to record the cycle which I don't have. But I cam check if the detergent gets retained after a power cut. You are right the machine starts at a specific cycle when there is a power cut and not exactly where it stopped.

Nothing, pls check there are 2 model and the one available in amazon doesn't not have memory, but this has but goes back to the previous cycle and not from the beginning.

Ddb532fp is the latest and on this model we have the memory function and 424fp doest basis what I have heard of and the vessel rack is slightly different. But I have not compared side by side on these machines

Slight change in the fins basket and this model starts from the cycle it stopped and other one starts from beginning when there is a power cut

Hello, I did observed by powering off around 50th min of the 1hr 07 mins turbo cycle mode. It restarted from 45 mins and not from beginning

I looked for the latest model on the LG website. Probably you can check with LG and see if they can change the mother board
