I know a patel family 👪 the patel was a engineer who brought his family and others to America funneling his pay into the motel business and having entry level visa immigrants working the business in all mom and pop operations. Then buying more motels, storefronts and restaurants as the immigrant community needed employment then building the pyramid way of wealth.
