Actually, the weight added if you do a FULL CAR soundproofing, which will weigh around 40 - 50kgs (a person's weight) depending on the material that you want to use to soundproof your car. So, don't worry the weight of the materials won't make your car have more fuel consumption. We normally will ask customer to start with 4-door solution as most of noises are coming into the car through car doors. The noises like wind noise, traffic noise, engine noise and tyre running noise can easily come into car if the doors have poor soundproofing. if you do only 4-door soundproofing, the added weight from materials is only about 5kgs, we believe you won't feel any difference about the weight from the petrol price you spend. In addition, we do have very good materials, the SKY LINES materials. This series of soundproofing materials are developed for airplane soundproofing use. Price is more expensive, but you may consider to use it if the weight of materials is really matter to you. These materials will weigh 38% lighter compared to conventional soundproofing materials. Many sport car owner chooses to use this type of materials.

So, it won't nullify your warranty. 80% of the cars coming into our shop are still under warranty. So far, not even one complains to us his/her car warranty is void.
