Sir I need help my 6 months have crossed after my pilonidal surgery by open wound incision and the incision is 95% healed still a deep cleft is left in that area and it still pains if I sit for 1 hr continuous in dec Dr said there is no chance of recurrence and I am cured but the skin has not covered 100% till the top. There is no pus or blood or any discharge Will it heal normally or should I get it checked again
