Lady they wanna replicate dubai glimpses n the problem with that is this that DUBAI is tiny with absolutely no land,no drinking water of their own ,no people of their own(skilled people n educated wise people) Here in india we have all that n a lakh times more plus dubai is know for its skyline n lavish infrastructure,this project is awesome BUT DOESN'T STAND OUT coz they don't have highest towers ,thry don't offer SKY/ROOFTOP CLUBHOUSE, the maintenance gonna be unreasonably high n they r BETTER PROJECT ON LINED UP ,for instance bptp lutyens which just 2 kilometres away which has more open area coz its is a part of amstoria,it has bigger n better club houses n its a better location ,m not even talking about TRUMP TOWERS ,smart world sector 69,golf holls etc,even central park flower valley in sohna would be better than this very project
