can i use a different vinegar other than white wine vinegar? like red wine vinegar?
I'm not sure off hand what the acidity of red wine vinegar is but as long as it is 5% acidity then you can swap it. It should say the acidity either on the front of the bottle or in small print on the back.
Excited to find out!!! An honest mix up turned fun mystery. Good luck :)
Thank you!

Hey 😊
Hello!
Agree … I’ve seen what can happen if you wait too long to process. (A friend did that.) You also have to consider the final cost per pound harvested. I doubt all that extra feed is going to go down in price anytime soon.
I know. If you count the fact that we lost a few as chicks and we had one die randomly, they aren’t worth it to me. I’m thinking we are just going to breed our Rhode Islands next.
Arthur, what friend would that be?🤣
@@bigbearhomestead … Contrary to popular belief, there is ‘one’. :)

Nice to meet you, and thank you!
Interesting that you don't have the "typical" setup with the brood boxes at the bottom w/queen excluder and the honey supers stacked on top
We chose the Layens hives because we didn’t want to be unstacking heavy boxes. You can still put a Queen excluder in them.
Good luck with the bees , just found your Chanel. Hello from Kajun Homestead.
Thank you, Glad to have you!
Two bucks? That's going to get complicated lol.
yes. They are brothers. They seem to get along.
