@@BlackDeckerAppliances Thank you very much for your response and concern , but I fixed it by running water through the cup filter holder was clogged up not the machine . First I ran white vinegar through it and that did not work .and then I just ran tap water through it and the cup that holds the filter and gradually became unclogged. Every time from now on I am going to clean and run water through it. Thank you.

Can I ask how #1 is not an obvious way to use the machine? It’s only facing outwards in the video for the viewer to see what button is pressed resulting in the function shown in the video.

To remove the cutter/strainer, hold the juice spout with one hand and grasp the cutter/strainer rim with the other hand. You will then want to carefully pull it out.
