Assetto Corsa, No Hesi server

I’m all set in AC with my settings, but my BeamNG settings still feel off. Especially for drifting, I keep messing with every setting to find the correct ones but it vibrates way too much even with surface sensitivity turned down, and I feel like it doesn’t spin fast enough when drifting. If you’re looking for highway driving, you should be good with 200-ish in game with about 80% ffb in pithouse,more than that will give you small earthquakes. I’ll let you know when I get it close to perfect though!

Okay so I find the Moza’s preset in pithouse pretty good for BeamNG. On the preset list in pithouse, select BeamNG under the GT preset menu, in game settings are; 1:1 steering angle: 900 Behaviour: Faster if Needed Strength: 200 Steering lock strength: 100% Side acc: 0% Try this and see how it feels.

It’s the vanilla Ibishu Pessima with the Hillclimb - Asphalt preset. I just swapped the sequential with a manual gearbox and jacked up the rpm limit to 9000. It’s the same car I used here, you can see how grippy it is: ua-cam.com/video/DLtZB8p38_o/v-deo.htmlsi=pQEOsxAbfTN1FoaC

I don’t remember the launcher but it is Ubisoft, so you might need to be online. They make EVERYTHING harder with their launcher anyway, it is almost unbelievable.

Works for other modes. But if you are joining a competitive match and you leave for more than a few minutes you get penalized

So you’re not completely kicked out of the game? That sounds like a different error

@@empirical9 o yeah I think that might be an different error. I only do that when I am not able to join an premier match

@@empirical9 I only got to do that when I'm joining a premier match and it says vac is unable to verify. Then I join a death match with bots for a few seconds and I can queue again. It was the only thing that worked for me though. Verifying the game didn't help at all.

I wish it would give me an error and not let me join. It’s lets me join and get penalized

Just got the error again when launching the game this time, and it's the one with the "pak01.vpk" file. I will try the Win+R part and add that to the equation. It's not a big issue when launching the game, but when it happens joining a competitive match it's the worst. Thanks for the help!

Well in this case they are the same thing. Ever heard of "perma ban"? It's a thing because a ban can range from hours to years of penalty, and even can be permanent. And I feel like I'm banned so I'm calling it a ban 😁

​@@empirical9It isn't a ban it's a leaver's penalisation which is unfortunate but it won't flag your account and bring down your trust factor immediately so that's a big difference

You can call a vac cooldown more of a ban even though it doesnt gurantee it since i got a 24hr cooldown once from irregular behaviour but i was fine after

Why game bully me..

I only delete the game because it doesn’t let me verify the game files and gets stuck at 0%. I just copy the files somewhere, delete and copy back as mentioned. But that’s pointless too since it will get stuck when installing as well. Even if I log out and launch steam again (even as administrator) it doesn’t verify/validate or install. Guess I’ll try some other order next time but it’s all frustrating until it’s fixed completely. Thanks for sharing your own suffering!

Low & medium settings. 60 fps is pretty easy to maintain!

I just launched it from Steam, it worked with no problem for me

Sean Silva They definitely don't look red, but they're not pink either. It's such a good color in person, not girly at all if you're wondering. I'm using them as a young male :) I was skeptical at first too like "should I have gone with one of the other colors, would they get too much attention?", but this is the best choice in my opinion.
