Don't forget the dynamo output is switched, the next position after M for magneto is D for dynamo.As the charge is not regulated, and not required without lighting, you can turn it off to stop boiling the battery .I have a 1928 Seven Fabric saloon.Yours is a very pretty car, good effort with the gear changing !.
