Thanks Dom, I find a lot of US hams on POTA are so focused on just working within the US. On the east coast where I live, one hour earlier than eastern time...1100 UTC and before is wide open to Australia, in the evenings during the summer 20m is usually good to the middle east and Europe. I love working outside of North America and just like many US amateurs are focused on getting states, I focus on DXCC entities... 15m and 10m are good (sometimes) during the day. I am now focusing my activations on working DX as much as I can.

Thank you, you give me hope. My bladder cancer started the same way without the blood clots but mine was already stage 2 with 75% of my bladder having the tumor, the good doctors did the same procedure, still not used to the bags but it's getting better. 6 months later the cancer had moved to the hip (very rare they said) so I did 2 weeks of radiation and now I've started chemo and it's rough going but like you said, I'm still alive, anyways you have given me some strength and hope that I to can be 7 years cancer free. Thank you

My best friend went down the same road as you…and now he is doing great and lives a “normal” life. Congrats on defeating CA…sending you prayers of peace and comfort and thanks for your honesty, your faith, your integrity, and all you do for us in amateur radio along the way. @nc4xldom375 Hello Dom my fellow cancer warrior, thanks for the video. We messaged a few times when you reviewed an EFHW antenna. My cancer journey started in 2016, though a bit younger than you I was 50 at the time I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. After a second series of radiation treatments (they didn't go high enough the first time and missed some lymph nodes) in 2022 I'm off treatment, sept 2023 (6-9 months earlier than planned because of long covid), and waiting to see if anything is left to grow. Maybe I will get to go from cancer warrior to cancer survivor like you have. Warrior is a term I would have never applied to myself but I knew that attitude is important in this battle and I know that exercise can make a big difference. And I was going to battle everyday to keep my attitude as good as I can and exercise. I was not ashamed to consider myself a warrior. Sometimes we don't know what we can do until we don't have a choice. I agree with your video and especially with the point that if you are seeing blood in the urine the cancer has advanced to the point you have an uphill battle. I would encourage everyone, especially the guys, to reach out and get support. Don't do it alone, guys aren't good about reaching out. There is a facebook group, man up to cancer the howling place, that is for guys with cancer or caretakers of cancer patients. It was my first exposure to other guys with different kinds of cancer. They also have a web page so if I would encourage guys to not isolate and reach out even if you don't do facebook. I would encourage everyone to get out and get your colonoscopy at 45, earlier if there is history in the family. I would encourage guys 50 and older to get their PSA checked annually, again earlier than 50 if there is family history of early prostate cancer. Dom I just watched your video of Had Enough, and you can ignore the young and arrogant and keep on being you. And don't be sorry for this video or that video. Your are our Lords light to people and you keep on keeping on. People learn differently as you already know people learn from your videos and are grateful for what you do.
