Today I bought 3 bottles of your delicious milk, 2 of which were flavored... Vanilla and a Cappuccino and both were super delicious but when I mixed them 50% 50% it was a game changer, I can't get enough of this stuff it's so good. Oh and I have some bad news too, I dont return my bottles, they are way to nice and useful to return them... sorry guys lol

I just bought the cappuccino milk at Brookshire Bro. In east texas and I am thrilled to see it in the glass bottles. This is one step away from the old milkmen days. It has to be hard to get milk from a cow with Texas weather being so warm. This is very tasty!

High-temperature short-time (HTST) pasteurization, also known as flash pasteurization, is a continuous process that heats milk to a pasteurization temperature and holds it at that temperature for a set time, then rapidly cools it. The HTST method uses metal plates and hot water to raise milk temperatures to at least 161° F for not less than 15 seconds. HTST pasteurization is the most common method of pasteurization in the United States today.

Could you do a video and show the behind the scenes sanitation process? I would love to see it and a little more info of what how sanitation is defined water temperature, soaking time, what chemicals are used, what type of certification or validation has the sanitation process received OSHA, NSF, etc.. there is a wide range of what is considered to be "santantize" it would be great to see where your sitting within that range.

I do have a question about the pen where the cows stay during the day as opposed to dairies that pasture their cows for a period of time....what is the thinking regarding the welfare of the animal and their access to fresh air and movement, etc? Thank you for this very informative video. You made everything so easy to understand! I met the husband and wife team at the HEB in Belton, TX yesterday. I don't know when I've met such sweet and friendly folks! I tried the various samples they had available, and loved them ALL! I am so impressed with their products and even more, with the folks themselves. I am thrilled to support this local, hard-working, and honest family through the purchase of their milk. I saw a place labeled in the fridge case for their half-and-half, and their whipping cream, but my timing was off because it was sold out when I was there. Will definitely keep an eye out to catch those things when they're restocked. I asked about butter, which they don't produce at this time. But now I'm subscribed to this channel and also signed up for their email updates so that if in future they add that to their repetoire of offered dairy goods I can try that as well. And should they ever expand into producing and selling fresh ice cream, I'll be on top of that as well! From all the videos I've seen so far, this is a most impressive family and farm! Adding this: I love the returnable glass bottles! That in itself took me back to my childhood days when ALL milk came that way. This whole family, along with the way they raise and treat their animals truly do make me smile! 🙂

Please 🙏 make some Banana 🍌 milk! My family has been buying milk at Kroger that carries 1836 Farms milk. I just found you guys at Heb in waxahachie and would rather support your farm than go to midlothian. 1836 farms has the same bottles etc which we found keeps milk soooo much longer. Box store stuff would go bad days before the date on jug and now it lasts for up to 13 days past date. It's unbelievable the difference.

Do you have raw milk?

Is raw milk available? We loved our Duivenvoorden dairy in Cottonwood California. Now that we live in Texas we’re using your milk because it’s well, family owned dairy. There is nothing like raw milk however because it retains all the flavor and all the enzymes needed to digest the milk. No lacrosse intolerance with raw milk. God bless you and keep you. This Volleman's milk is the best I ever had. The whole milk, 2% milk, Root Beer, Strawberry Milk, chocolate milk, cappuccino Milk and the Orange Juice are out of this world. It's a whole new flavor for my family because I have try other company milk and it don't compare to this brand. And I love that the milk last long in a glass bottle then a plastic bottle . Can wait to try Blueberry, and Banana and for Christmas the Eggnog 😋🤤

I am a new customer here in San Antonio, Tx. The other day I went to my local HEB store, I saw the glass milk bottles and it immediately caught my attention. I had been buying organic milk for several years, but when I got home and taste the Volleman’s milk, definitely it tasted fresher and richer than my former organic milk. Thank you so much, I am so happy with my purchase and the fact that we take the empty glass bottles back to the store, it makes me think it was the way my parents and grandparents used to do it.

The GLASS BOTTLE is a huge part of the quality dynamic... Plastic containers "leaches" into milk and destroy the flavor and quality. .

Your quality of Volleman's milk is "REAL MILK"!!! This is what milk is supposed to taste like and says everything about quality. Raised on the farm and milked two cows twice a day and the flavors match. Thank you..... I purchase your product at Metros in Mineral Wells.... They can't keep enough on the shelf's.

Love the strawberry milk is very creamy. Ones I'm done with the glass jar do I recycle or take it back to my local grocery store we're I bought it. 1st time using milk in a glass jar.

I just bought some of this brand whole milk and strawberry milk and the orange juice. Let me tell you the strawberry milk is so delicious and very creamy. I was excited when I saw this product in a glass jar will purchase more. One question I have went I'm done with the product do recycle the glass jar or do I take back to my local grocery were I bought it??

Just found y’all s milk in Hempstead tx at diiories farmers market. It tastes great. I love raw milk but can’t always get it.
