Bhai .. in Yamaha FZ25 you cannot avoid rattling noise permanently but for sometime

Yeah,got the tappets adjusted but the sound keeps coming back eventually

bhai wo sound tappet ka hai .. .uski setting kar sakte hai .. but permanently fix nhi kar sakte...mileage improve karne k liye ek dedicated video banaya hai .. aap wo dekh sakte ho .. mileage majorly maintenance, air pressure, chain tightening and riding style pe depend karta hai ...ye sab achha rhga to mileage bhi achha milega.

Bhai … itna spare parts ka issue pahele kabhi nhi suna kisi ka … rhi fork seal ki baat to Himalaya ki fork seal bhi fit ho Jasti h fz25 main… meine use ki h … meri front shock up 55k kms main sirf 1 baar leak hue h aajtak .. ek baar left and ek baar right. Chain sprocket meine abhi tak 3 change kiye h … baaki koi bada kharcha nhi aaya

@Pta nhi bhai par mere sath to problem aa hi rhi he mere 4900kms pe leak ho gya the shocker or uske bad problem aati hi rhi 2-3 bar mene fork seal lagwayi usme last me preshan hoke yamaha ko mail karna suru kiya fir bahut magajh mari ke bad unhone issue ko seriously liya or Left side wale shocker ko change kra or right side wale ke liye bole ki wo theek he ab wo change karne ke bad bhi problem solve nhi hui ab bhi shocker leak hota he kabhi left wala to kabhi right wala or jab service center walo se puchta hu ki ye bar bar kyu ho rha he to bol rhe he ki shocker tube me scratch aa gya he isliye ho rha he shocker tube change karni padengi ab bhai mene khud se thodi na scratch mare he or na hi meri bike kabhi giri he par bol rhe he ki pay mujhe hi karna padega agr shocker tube change karwani he to me dobbara bhi try kar sakta hu mail karke yamaha pe par ek to bahut hi magajh mari wala kaam he wo ulta aapko hi samjhane lagte he or dusra mujhe lag bhi nhi rha ki wo change karenge as bike 33k kms chal chuki he isliye me bol rha hu bhai ki yamaha ki parts ki quality bahut poor he ab jiske sath kabhi issue nhi aaya usko pta nhi chalega par jiske sath aa rha he usko pta he.

Bhai bas ek doubt lag rha hai .. ya to shockup rod faulty hai ya fir original nhi hai .. itna prbm kabhi nhi aati hai

@@RidingSoulRV Bhai ab agr service center pe bhi original nhi milegi to fir khi bhi nhi milne wali meri bike ka A to Z sab kam service center se hi hota he shocker pipe rod hi faulty he

Yes bhai .. pads are good but not as good as original but justifies its price

Bhai check spark plug, also do FI cleaning hope that will fix the issue

@@731sniper bhai .. you can try any good fully synthetic engine oil with 10w50 grade … this grade will work great in hot temperature as well .. you can try Motul liqui moly or shell engine oil

@RidingSoulRV been using motul 10w40 all this time. Been planning to use 10w50. Have you tried it

@ okay bro thank you, maine tensioner bhi chalge krwaya tha 2nd hand thi toh pechle bande ne balancing gear ki he setting galt krwayi thi, uske chakkar main tensioner cam chain aur uski guide badwani pardi uske baad balancing gear dekhe kaam kharab tha

ohh bhai bada kharcha aa gya tumhara to... warranty to nhi denge service center wale wo to confirm hai. mileage 26 hua hai .. jaada rough riding ki hogi

@RidingSoulRV Yamaha bike me ABS motor ka issue hai...after 30- 40K , ABS motor k carbon brush worn out ho jate hai but koi unko replace nahi karta... ABS motor and sensors ka issue baki brands me bhi hota but unke parts saste hai like Bajaj Dominar ABS wheel sensor is price Rs 450 but for Yamaha its Rs 1800 completely same senor with different connector. I live in chembur.. if you have any mechanic for ABS motor please share.

Bhai .. ye issue meine to abhi tak face nhi kiya .. agar service center se part leke local main sasta ho jaaye to jaada achha hai waise Chembur main mechanic shayad mil jaaye .. golf club ki side main

bhai mera 10-15k kms chalta hai ... 60% front brake + 40% rear brake sath main apply kiya karo.. aur hard braking mat karo... engine braking use karo.. brakepad lambe chalenge

bhai pichhe k brake front k compare main powerful nhi hote hai .. isliye disc ka size chhota hota hai .. aur ye sabhi bikes pe apply hota hai

Except Honda every Japanese brand is sh**t in branding and marketing in India in 2 wheelers thats why ... Yamaha can launch the bike with different variants which changes its features based on cost. People would love to buy Yamaha.

@@RidingSoulRV I would love it if Yamaha or Suzuki relaunches their 250cc bikes as Neo retro bikes . A Neo retro bike based on FZ25 or Gixxer 250 platform with flat long seat would be awesome with aggrieved pricing. Suzuki can do it more so than Yamaha since they've the Gixxer250 in production, just a redesign of fuel tank, fenders, headlamp and taillights is needed. Most importantly the bike should be priced at 1.80 lakhs. Then it would sell like Hot cakes .

Bhai.. riding is like drugs.. once you starts its hard to leave. Engine oil - Motul 7100 10w40 I use motul gear oil as chain lube -cheap and effective I am getting mileage of 39-41 kmph on highway..and sometimes 42 kmph. Shaunk saste hone ka kya fayda... ;) .. so don't worry about fuel cost
