21,500 paid for my husband to be deported!! Miriam is a LIAR!! DO NOT TRUST HER!! WARNING ---------don't end up losing your family member the way I have because of her lies! THANKS TO MIRIAM AIRINGTON-FISHER MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN DEPORTED TO JORDAN AFTER 9 YEARS IN THIS COUNTRY AS A LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENT NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE NOT EVEN A SPEEDING TICKET! HE WAS WRONGFULLY CONVICTED OF FALSE CHARGES AND I PAID THIS LAW FIRM 21,500 TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY SAID SHE WOULD DO! FROM DAY ONE MIRIAM SAID SHE COULD ONLY WIIN THIS CASE BY FILING A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS WHICH SHE NEVER DID! SHE LOST THE MOTION TO SET ASIDE THE VERDICT, SHE LOST THE CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS AND GOT CALLED OUT BY THE JUDGE FOR NOT DOING HER JOB PROPERLY, SHE WAS DENIED BY THE VA SUPREME COURT TO EVEN HEAR THE CASE, WORST OF ALL SHE WALKED AWAY FROM OUR CASE WITH NO WARNING ALL BECAUSE I OWED 3500, IT DIDNT MATTER THAT I PAID HER 21,500 AND AS SOON AS SHE WALKED AWAY ICE WAS ABLE TO PUT A HOLD ON MY HUSBAND!! THIS WOMAN IN MY OPINION IS GREEDY, SELFISH, NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ON APPEALS COURTS AND A COLD HEARTED PERSON! I SUFFER WITH 3 AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES, I NOW HAVE HEART ISSUES DUE TO THIS AND THE TRAUMA MY HUSBAND HAS ENDURED IS UNREAL BECAUSE I MADE THE MISTAKE OF GIVING THIS WOMAN ALL MY SAVINGS TO FIGHT HIS CASE AND SHE JUST UPS AND WALKS AWAY!! DO NOT TRUST HER! TRUSTING MIRIAM AIRINGTON-FISHER IS LIKE TRUSTING SATAN HIMSELF!! GO TO TIK TOK BLUEYEDBLONDE OR UA-cam CORRUPTION IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA TO SEE OUR STORY! JUST KNOW ANYONE CAN WRITE A GOOD REVIEW ITS THE BAD ONES YOU WANT TO Pay ATTENTION TOO BECAUSE THAT IS TRUTH Read her statement below. "Not every client fits every firm" and expects respect to her team. I got upset when I found out her secretar MARIA Morales lived in Mexico and was working with all of our private information in Mexico, imagine social security numbers, my bank card info. I think I had every right to get upset. And if we were not a good client then why take my money and our case?? If I was so horrible then why send me flowers when my aunt died? This woman may be good at simple immigration law but not at criminal law! Or maybe if she wasn't so busy making Tik Tok videos she could win her cases. Kathy Fowler below states similar issues. And her case was around the same time as my husband's. Good luck! A good immigration lawyer is Arturas Over as, honest, knowledgeable and experienced. A good criminal lawyer is David Whaley! Almost any lawyer is better than a lawyer who would do what this woman did to my husband!!

I liked her point on finding the right people. It's tough in any circumstance really.

PA state police are corrupt as well as many lawyers. And the state services. Hospitals doctors etc. Photo video documents witnesses of all. I can represent myself and a legitimate lawyer said it's too big to touch and I may have to goto court myself.

Iam figuring why my phone was compromised was me reaching out for legal representation.

Hello. Dealing with medical malpractice. Multiple attempts on my life. Still needing medical attention police raced out to hospital to tell them not to save my life. Phone is tapped (confirmed by phone company) police said documenting attemps on my life is illegal and nothing done to me is a crime. Reports in different state services are altering reports to defame me. Not a criminal. Need some help. Will be taking case to supreme court seeing how the state is corrupt state level court would be corrupt as well.
