What are some specialties that you like?

I am currently in 8th grade and have maintained a GPA of 4.0 for the past two years. I plan to work at NASA by the time I turn 18, so once I graduate, I want to be well-prepared for this goal. If I can maintain a GPA of 3.7-4.0 from the start of 7th grade to 12th grade, do you think I will have a higher chance of being considered by NASA? Honestly, I still want to attend college because, even if I gain experience through the Pathways Internship, I would like to continue studying engineering and related fields at the collegiate level. I’m also eager to learn more about the Pathways Internship. Could you provide some answers to the questions I have? Here are some questions if you have time: Is the Pathways Internship available to all high schools? What skills and knowledge can you gain from participating in the Pathways Internship? Is there a cost associated with the Pathways Internship? Will you learn engineering through this internship? If so, what specific type of engineering will be covered? Additionally, will the engineering you learn align with what is taught in college? My goal is to design and build rockets for NASA. However, if that is not possible, I would also be happy working behind the scenes in areas that involve monitoring systems or operations. Are 9th graders eligible to participate in the Pathways Internship? If not, what is the minimum grade required? I’m currently planning for high school, as I’ll be starting in less than 100 days. I want to gather as much information as possible beforehand, as I am very passionate about working at NASA. Thanks for taking the time to read and research, if you had to!

I studied to become a pilot last year, but my childhood dream was always cardiology. Every time I hear about medicine, I feel a bit jealous. Recently, I’ve been thinking about going back to university to start my cardiology journey in 2025. However, the long years of study, more than five, make me feel discouraged. Still, I admire medical students and their dedication. Also I am 23 years old.

You have really been through the fire, I really feel for you, but you have overcome seemingly impossible odds, you are a conquerer, and your determination through it all really inspires me. Hi Alexia I have the up most respect for what you do! I have Portalhypertenion due to mono I don't drink but also have cirrhosis of the liver. I've been in the hospital many times the last time I bleed internally they did a T.I.P.S procedure. I was taken by survival flight with the University of Michigan hospital where I internal bleed they gave me 7 pints of blood. Again thank you for what you do! God blees you!❤

I live in WA state, the average is $23 an hour. I’ve seen a couple job openings for over $25/hr. 10 is way below the minimum wage.
