LEAKING BEHIND KOHLER URINAL FIX!
Переглядів 27 тис.2 роки тому
This urinal was leaking from the bottom of the urinal where it connected to the wall. It was clear that there was some thing leaking in between the urinal and where it connected to the drain behind the urinal. I’ll show you how to remove it from the wall and put in a new gasket. This will work on any brand urinal l Kohler, Sloan, Zurn, Duravit, American Standard etc.
TORK/Sylvania SA300 WON'T TURN ON AT SUNSET (FIXED)
Переглядів 4042 роки тому
In my previous video I showed you how to program your timer to turn on at sunset. My parking lot lights weren't going on at sunset even after programming them. Apparently you can adjust the timer to go on at sunset or in 10 minute increments after sunset using the HOURLY ADJ. button. In this video I show you how to make those adjustments.
LEAKING FAUCET FIX!!!

In this video I show you how to replace a Kohler ceramic valve on a commercial faucet. Unfortunately my valve was stuck so there is some footage of me trying a bunch of different methods to break it loose. I think l your best bet is to use a deep set socket and an impact driver or a long handled socket wrench. To prevent these parts getting stuck together in the future apply a little bit of sil...
PROGRAMMING TORK/SYLVANIA TIMER TO TURN ON AT SUNSET!!
Переглядів 4,9 тис.2 роки тому
In this video I show you how to set the area code for your TORK indoor timer so that for example your parking lot lights will turn on at sunset. I also show you how to set the time of day. I do recommend starting off with a hard reset as I’ve found that to produce the best results with updating the area code. UPDATE: I was having trouble with my lights turning on an hour after sunset. I've got ...

How To Shut Off Dry System in case of a power outage.
Переглядів 6763 роки тому
If the church has a power outage, the air compressor will no longer run. This will cause the dry system for the fire suppression to lose air gradually. When the pressure becomes low enough it’ll trip the valve and flood the system. Follow these steps to prevent the dry system from flooding. 1. Put the system on test 2. Shut the control valve 3. Open the main drain 4. There’s an additional step ...

    I miss those more "stylish" midcentury classic vintage 1950's to 1960's sloan flushometers, but this 1 isn't so bad looking either. But, the most important theme is its functional.

    So my secret button menu won't progress beyond lockout brew Yes/Done/No. Not sure what's going on with it. Checked the switch on the control board and it's set correctly.

    • @MPCfacilities
      @MPCfacilities 9 місяців тому

      The secret button needs to be held pressed in for a few seconds for it to enter that mode. If you've pressed and held it I'm not really sure what's preventing it from moving forward. It could be something wrong with your control board.

    • @thevilifyingforce
      @thevilifyingforce 9 місяців тому

      @@MPCfacilities yeah, I'm getting into the menu. It'll ask if I want to lockout brewer or not then if I hit the secret button again it leaves the menu. I have two Bunn machines and the other works correctly. I had a hunch it might be the control board, previous owner was an idiot. Thanks for the reply. Time to go pay through the nose for the service guy to double check before getting one.

    Dumb question but this happened to me yesterday... I rebuilt 2 identical 1.6 GPF units but one of them still leaked from a couple places afterward. Does the hardware itself eventually go bad to where the entire unit has to be replaced? Or is that not very common?

    • @MPCfacilities
      @MPCfacilities Рік тому

      I personally haven't had to replace any hardware on the Sloan's that I've had to service. I have noticed sometimes If I don't clean out all of the disintegrated rubber particulate from the threads/seals it might leak a little and I'll have to take it apart and thoroughly wash all of the parts to make sure everything is seated properly. Also, double check that the black cone is pressed down snuggly on the white plastic threaded piece.

    • @shadetreewannabe
      @shadetreewannabe Рік тому

      @@MPCfacilities Ok gotcha. So maybe take a small wire brush to all the threads would be a good idea on every rebuild job?

    • @MPCfacilities
