Ah, the ol Monogram Snap-Tite Phantom in … what, 1/72? 1/78? Who knows? I built half a dozen of these things between 1982 and 1987 and learned that “no glue required” actually meant “plenty of glue required.” They also had real (though bad) decal sheets. They were crap but they were fun to build once you got used to their idiosyncrasies … ok, I lied just then, they were never fun, I don’t know why I said that. But they were cheap and you could practice painting techniques on them. Except that I never did. Oh well. Thanks for the memories!

Some people (mainly too serious of modelers) need to realize some model kits are just made for kids to build and play with, they are NOT designed for the serious modeler in mind. This kit here is designed to get young kids started in the hobby, little minds that don't care about precision fit and super detail, little minds that only care about fast assembly, play time with it, and in some cases, "shooting it down and crashing it" during that playtime. Is it the worst kit ever, yeah to a museum qualitly minded person, but to a little 8 year old mind, its the perfect kit...

The ghost ship easy click system is so hard to place it some of the holes are too small and also uh uh the parts are very flimsy and easily break I recommend you NOT to buy it also easily comes apart
