Roast Beef on a Cobb
Переглядів 34 тис.4 роки тому
Founder of Bank Side Chefs demonstrates how to cook a roast on a Cobb.
Great video nice and simple
This is brilliant, thank you
Thank you 😊
Ooh, please do think, the tongs used for your beans, I saw you pick up raw meat with those! Not so bad with beef, but not wise I’d you’re handling raw chicken. Hope that’s ok. Maybe you’re washing up in between, but probably not bank side!
I like your shelter cooking station. Because rain happens.
If the oven gets too hot the knob on top rotates the holes and closes them, at least on the newer models
Wow you like your salt! But still
would it have worked if you had put the roast and potato in at the same time and then the parsnips in later?
Hi there. I am commenting here as your "cobb fuel" video is disabled for comments. I noticed that in that video the cobb's lid has a sort of vent regulator on top of it. I guess it is because of the high heat power of the coconut charcoal logs. Could you please be so kind to tell me where it comes from? Thanks in advance, Rafa
My Angus steers love parsnips and carrots .Sometimes I order a artic tipper load of wonky veg that the supermarkets have rejected
Fabulous 😊
Best vid I’ve seen on this Cobb. I’ll share that roast on the river bank any day 😊
I made one following your guide 3 years ago its still going strong and I have cooked some lovely food thanks very much !
25,000 views oli! Wow. You go!!!! You’ll be famous soon! Jo xx
Nice vid. I am pretty sure that picture in the intro is not a chicken.
hi, I have never been into fishing. Having watched your video I get the community spirit side. also sitting by the river with your mates, a roast and a beer. I get it. excellent video.

Sorry for the late reply, yes we are a fb group
What size is your beef?
It was quite a small joint I’d say it would feed two hungry Carpers quite adequately
Can you add a link to where you buy the fire lighters please
