Sleep paralysis happens to me when i woke up early in the morning between 3 to 4 am and fall asleep again, and the nightmare begin and my eye looked up and my body just freeze up, I'm not scared bcuz I've been through this a lot but, it's just terrifying.

My brother in Christ how do we get delivered from this attack of sleep paralysis because I have them too just as you mentioned I know it’s a demon attack

So far, I've had 2 Spiritual Experiences, and Neither One Of Them Was Fun. The First Encounter: My Mom Reported that Something of My Dad's was knocked Off the Shelf the Same Day We Moved in, But I Thought Nothing Of It At the Time. Not Long After We Moved in; My Niece Started having Conversations with Nobody and Acting Strange. One Night I Found a Concrete Slab in the Middle of the Back Yard and Tried to Pry it Open without Success. The Same Night I Tried Opening that Concrete Slab I Decided to Do an EVP Session; The Voices That Responded to My Questions Sounded Evil. One day, I noticed a Hole in the Wall in The Garage and Some Items inside the Hole; I Found a Baby Seat for a Bicycle, A Picture of Some People, and Some Toys. A Week After I Found that Stuff in that Hole in the Garage Wall; I Saw an Apperition of a Little Girl Who Dressed in a Black Dress from the 50s Standing On the Back Patio. I Asked My Mom If She Saw Her and She Said "You Mean the Little Girl Out There". The Same Night I Saw the Little Girl in the Black Dress; I Fell Asleep in My Sister's Maroon Red Recliner and Had a Demonic Voice Yelling in My Ear. After Hearing the Demonic Voice; I Immediately Woke My Mom Up From a Deep Sleep (For Some Reason Thinking She Would Have Heard The Evil Voice Herself) And Asked Her "Did You F***ing hear that?!?!" Quickly After Hearing that Demonic Voice We Got Evited Out of That Place Because Of The Toilet. To This Day I Believe Us (My Mom, Niece, Sister, and I) Getting Evicted From That Place was a Blessing from GOD. The Second Encounter: One Place I Lived at had a Heavy Presence in One of The Rooms (My Bedroom). Every time I Slept in that Room; It Felt Like there was Multiple People On and Around Me, but I was The Only Person in that Room Every time. One Night I Felt My Matress Indent to the Left of Me like Someone or Something was Standing or Sitting on My Matress, but Again I was the Only Person in That Room at that Time. Other People I Know Have Reported Strange Things. about that Bedroom. One Person I Know Alleged that One of the Previous Owners was into Aztec Worship. According To Someone Else I know The Own Before Him Allegedly Did Certain Things to Children.

I started experience this right after received complete deliverance from generational curses and completely surrender my life to God. Its a demonic attack you must take authority over it and command it to go in Jesus name!

I’ve never had sleep paralysis before but one day we had someone visiting us to sleep over and I was attacked by sleeping paralysis for the 1st time in my life. Could this be that the person is followed by these demons?? Not trying to blame the person but I’m trying to make sense of this. Why would a person visit and suddenly I cant sleep because sleeping paralysis demons??

I did a 3 day fast but it wasnt a dry fast, i would eat just oranges throughout the days..how long til i can eat meats again?..

I do get this sleep paralysis here qnd there but there are two encounters which i never frst one happened when i was 14. I was fasting on that day so i slept during the day i could feel my ears being pulled i could hear people talking outside ..qfterwards my ears felt like they were burning after being pulled so much the pain continued for the rest of the day. They were very sore. Thanks for your video really helped so much

This just happened to my son he stayed over last night I was walking past him on the sofa I notice he was breathing so hard but not moving and I shook him then 5 minutes later he started it again but recently my other kids and myself been experiencing this alone with my partner pray over your kids and home

Christ delivered me from sleep paralysis over 6 years ago, I just posted a video on the research I did of the scientific, historical & spiritual account of this encounter. Interestingly enough the neuroscience only gives clout to the fact that this actually is a demonic attack. Coming across your video is encouraging to realize that we aren´t alone as Christians, the feeling of isolation especially when you suffer chronically. Never be discouraged in exposing darkness, God defends his servants, and takes vengeance on those who attack His children.

Ok let's not spread false information please when it comes to a serious medical condition that has proven science backing it there are real actions you can take to prevent sleep paralysis and it has nothing to do with demons and God

When I was sleep for a whole hour, I couldn't get up at all. I feel cool breeze over me, holding my legs, holding my arms cover my mouth. I couldn't breathe it on all that I'm saying to God help me please help me. I couldn't move I couldn't do nothing. I don't know what do that mean

Had a similar experience as a kid , not sure of what it was or wether it was corporeal, hypnogogic or much else , just vague shapes but it was terrifying

My daughter is 11 n she had sleep paralysis When she explained it I immediately prayed over her n that night. I said nvr sleep on ur back again. I was so mad that happened to my mami 😤😩 she was shook. I told her it will be okay. I didn't go into details with her about it cus i didn't wanna scare her I just pray n noting else happened. Most important thing to realize is that these attacks have the intention to destroy you. 1st Peter 5:8 As your walk with God gets closer and you start being a force against evil, these demonic beings will not like that. If they can get you to come back to your sinful life, they will try. But if not, then they will literally try to destroy and kill you. Look at the demon possessed boy in Mark 9. It was literally trying to kill him. Identifying what's happening is key to overcoming. And if you overcome these attacks, then they have lesser and lesser impact over time until they cannot touch you at all. Overcoming involves lots of prayer and spending time in God's Word. It helps if you have friends and family for support. But also understand that they may not understand what is happening and often times they will not know what to do. As this video says, they will just try to wave it off as a medical condition that you need a prescription for. It can help to take something so you can sleep, but it is also important not to think that the problem will all go away by just taking medication.

I have had sleep paralysis 7 times, each time I have seen demons that always try to attack me. The 5th time (which happened while I was attending university and a year before we started our church) it was Satan who came to me.

Sometimes i wonder if the isolation IS to get me to off myself. Ive been alone the last 10 years of my life, ostracized since adolescence, and it gets tiring of going through the mania of isolation to the extent that death feels like the only eacape because God's promise feels and seems so far away. Ive made my requests known to him and the only ones answered was that i found a career i like and that my mom got her disability. Otherwise I've been alone socially and physically for over a decade and the silence is damning. Ive prayed for a church/fellowship and NEVER recieved it, i prayed for a wife and family so i can have the family i always wanted and be the father i never had, but NEVER received it, yet seemingly EVERYONE ELSE gets both with no struggle. At this point I wonder why God even has me here and its driving me as manic as the loneliness is. I love my work, but as we all know, money isnt everything and money cant replace the fulfillment of being loved by fellowship or a family founded in God.

A lot of times when people get sleep paralysis a lot is because thier is a "Door way" open in that person's life. Some kind od SIN . It could also be a generational curse. from the past.

This would happen to me occasionally. I found the best thing that worked for me was to burn sage in my room to ease the negative visitors followed by cedar to help purify them. I do this 1 to 2 a week and now it's been very peaceful for the last 8 years. Some people say prayers, others use nature itself.

I'm depressed and this just pisses me off
