      If you want to gain weight quickly, it would be beneficial to start with a mass gainer to put on that initial weight but later on switch to whey protein as it is a much healthier protein source. The best case would be to take the whey protein for extra protein and try to get your extra calories through Whole Foods.

      If you would like steady and healthy growth, I would use the whey protein and slowly progress. Priorities protein in the diet to get 1 g of protein per pound of body weight. But, If you just want to put on weight quickly and don't care about lean muscle gain then you can start with mass gainers, which are not as healthy compared to the whey protein.

      Much better to take it after workout as your body requires calories and protein to repair the muscles. You'll find it hard to move around taking it before a workout as You'll feel full or bloated and might make you vomit.

      Hi joey, if you want to gain muscle, i would recommend you go with whey protein isolate. Which is a more filtered whey protein. This still has same amount of protein but with fewer carbs in it,so fewer calories. If you would like a more detailed review, then you can check our video comparing whey protein isolate vs concentrate.

That is why 95% of the population doesn't know how to eat, because of absurde "beliefs". First and foremost PRINCIPLE when it comes to eating is KNOW YOUR BODY! And that cannot be taught nor bought!     Can I stick to whey protein but get the carbs from daily food (rice)? I had limited my carbs in attempt to loose belly fat. There had been some improvements but in the process I lost some muscle and fat. Now I look too thin. I want to build muscle but at the same time I want to loose belly fat. Not concerned about losing subcutaneous fat which is what I am seeing now. But how can I loose just belly / visceral fat?

    I'm a person with a very sensitive stomach. So far the only protein that has worked for me without side effects is "Fermented" pea protein. Would you be able to do a video on the fermented variety of pea protein. Thank you for your videos!
