In case of unstable fuel prices how can we treat it?
You can increase the price by a certain percentage when building up your rate or you can use a mechanism called variation of price (VOP) after the construction kickstarts but prices goes beyond expectations

What is unit of measurement for formwork
It depends on what your measuring Some times it’s square meters, sometimes you can use linear meters and state the width of the form in the description. But BESMM4 has it’s standard Which is the yardstick I’m using to measure

Just find out how long it will take them to excavate 1m3 of the soil as well as other allied operations (like wheeling and any other) And then multiply it by you labour cost Or you find out (their productivity per hr) how many m3 they can excavate, wheel and dispose per hr, then divide it by the hourly labour rate
