Since we are in the lobby, if we don’t deduct that same opening it will be like we covered the opening with screeding Don’t forget we are finishing on the two sides of the wall (the master bedroom side and the lobby side is separated by one wall)

Maybe there was concrete head course in hers!! There are time ms after the block work has been laid, they use concrete round the building which will serve as a base that carries the wall plates. The case is different in this plan (that is why I kept saying you need to understand the nature of the drawing) I sent a post on the community post, showing the drawings. Check the section, there’s no concrete untop the wall

T junctions and girth do not really have any relationship. However, deductions of T junctions are important when measuring the trench excavations. I wanted adding it to the video but it might get confusing! So I just needed the viewers to have an understanding first. Them subsequently we’ll measure for everything (including the squaring column)

I’ve not really been exposed to pile foundation But i think For excavation, get the area of the pile (circular) and then measure it by the dept after removing the TS then multiply by the amount of piles required *Then for the concrete, measure the area by the height of the pile and multiply by the amount required *And then measure for the pile cap (concrete, reinforcement and form work)
