Irks me how people just brushed these guys off as the “Turning Japanese band”. Their other material is so great, I forgot they’re the same people that made the aforementioned “Turning Japanese”. New Clear Days and Magnets are two hidden gems. They’re new record ain’t too bad either.

@@BobBarker-co6etBC's not chonky. She has very short legs & her coat was puffed out from the cold. When she is groomed she still has a discernible waistline, and she remains one hell of a great leaper surprising everybody at the distances & heights she can leap when she wants to.
@BobBarker-co6et very true!! Ginger isn't as chunky as this kitty but she has gained a lil bit in her Lil pouch so I've been trying to get her to run around and play more hopefully that helps
@@cats4lyfe3 as I'm sure baby would tell you if she was awake right now it's not chunkiness it's fluffiness for the snow season. In some of the videos when she stands on her hind legs people tell me you can see how long she is & that her chonkiness is largely an illusion.

She is a very clever and very dexterous cat. She can open sliding closets, cabinet doors & will even pants me when I am wearing shorts and paying insufficient attention to her

She is very very sweet. And she hardly has any teeth, just her incisors. She had to have almost all her teeth removed just two months ago, and her recovery has been remarkable. She was back eating solid food three days after her extractions. Where there is a will there is a way!

But because she instinctively knew I was blind she started to speak -- and has kept up a running commentary -- ever since she arrived. There are a few other videos showing how she leads me around and the two of us communicate on my channel. There's also a playlist to which I add new videos every so often. I need to be more conscientious about describing them, but if I waited until I had a full description of everything I'd never post anything...

I got a similar cactus themed scratching thing. The cats mostly ignored it at first because it wasn't a true cat tree and there weren't any platforms to be on, but I eventually caught them each using it.
The key for me was spraying it with catnip extract. Made the cactus much more attractive to BC.
