Where I can buy this beautiful hood for my Kite? I am located in the Philippines 🇵🇭. Please help me buy this, I really need it.
I realize it's kinda randomly asking but do anybody know of a good place to watch newly released movies online?
@Ares Spencer flixportal
@Crosby Cesar Thank you, I signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :) Appreciate it !
@Ares Spencer no problem :)
How to get away fear from it every that want take it on the glove it wants to escape
The crows are calling that's she's there. She knows. Maybe her call was "the gigs up" or "Yeah yeah yeah, I'm right here. Worry about the man holding me more then myself". Edit: I feel she's on guard because of the crows. She keeps looking in that direction. Her natural state is a predator, and when bird that call her out as danger, she may not want to go blind. Consider this in the trust you have with her.
Can you buy a Toyota build for falconery from North Woods ?

Great tip on how to hold the hood 👍
My falcon tries to fly off once the hood is on,it was usually put on when he got scared of something when we started training. But the manner stayed. How can I reduce that?
Great Video Old Friend! Glad to see you again. Stay Healthy!
Thank you so much
Hi I need help getting the pony tail off . I think I tied my hood too tight on my bird 👁👅👁
Very nice explanation... Good hunting !
Hi Brad. I 'm just starting out learning falconry and had a question. I thought the jesses with the slits were for the mews only and when free flying or hunting the jesses are supposed to not have slits? thanks for answering the question, I'm trying to learn. Cheers.
The trick to hooding a falcon is start when they are scared of you and not concentrating on the hood mainly looking at you when you slip it on. In a rolling action and you can slightly roll your wrist a little so she throws her head forward and not pulls it into her shoulders.
👍🏿
I agree with what this guy is saying all hoods need a little trimming and even a light spraying with a water bottle to form to the head of the Falcon. No gaps should be seen and if you wave your hand a little near the beak when on no hissing (unmanned new falcon) or indication by the bird your hand has been seen.

Thank you for this! I'm not a falconer but I'm a writer that's studying the art a little bit for a story. I'm reading the book Falconry and Hawking and I got lost in the terminology. This clears it up _so_ much. Many thanks!
Your welcome 🙏
hi Brad, Nicely put together video. Like you I've been hunting with falcons from the 60's. In the past I've used the Kite but this season working with a drone. I fly a Tri-bred and in 5 days upto 400 feet. very useful tool. Thank you for the video
I know for a fact it takes Jason ried more then 4 hours to make his hoods.
Have watched all of your videos. These are great. Please keep publishing them.
Thanks for the info. Not a falconer yet. But learning anyway
You are such a wonderful teacher🙏calm, cool and collected in pure wisdom with the perfect touch of humor, am preparing for my apprentice test and am really a visual learner as opposed to all this stinking text! Can't wait to join in the Art of Falconry, thank you.
Fascinating Brad
Too Short, make them longer please. People like to see those Hawking videos. OSH :-)
There are more coming!
Very cool training method and informative video. I did not realize the Peregrine falcon can eat only birds. That presents a challenge for training, doesn't it? Nice answer to the problem :)
Great work, keep it up! The falconry world needs more of this!
Can we get Brad to talk to his Apprentice about his embarrassing UA-cam videos? Using a federal raptor in a monetized video for profit? Showing off said raptor and almost losing it instead of hunting the bird? Waiting till after almost losing the bird showing off to stay lure training... Where are the kills 🤷♂️ It's definitely being discussed in the Falconry community and it's not good #DamnitCarol
I knew I recognized this guy!! That UA-cam channel is so frustrating! I tried to give him some advice and next video he says he's not going to make any more falconry videos because he gets too much hate.. I really wish Carol got to hunt more!
I think maxx powell 's vids are ok, he might not have enough time for the bird and a lot other stuff on his plate. The introduction videos were very informative for people who know nearly nothing. There are always going to be people who never hunt their birds. I would like to see him get a quail-launcher or rabbit-releaser so he can train carol on actual live quarry in his back yard. I'm very glad i found his sponsor's videos on this channel because the sponsor really seems like a nice knowlegable respected person in the falconry community. I like his thurough explanations.
