Thanks Dr Ryan. I have small request, i would like you to not make answer choice clear on the thumbnail, so we can try ourselves first. Thanks once again.
I would just like to take a moment to tell you that your work is truly appreciated 🙏🏼 All the answer explanations are clear and to the point. Thank you Dr. Rayn !
@@Learna_Hydralis Yes. Number of patients determines your statistical power . More power = greater ability to evaluate small differences as significant. A 1% difference in a ten patient study is hard to prove as significant since power so low. A 1% difference in a 10k patient study may be significant since you have more patients and power.
great💕 i am 5th year medical student in somalia, east africa, since i saw your first video 2 years ago until now i can't understand a complex concepts before your videos. i can't imagine how bad student i was before you and pathoma😭. now i ended your step 1 videos, and still i can't stop watcing the sensational simplifying poetry explanation, with your previous explanations in your videos, these questions mostly looks like simple like my name for me😁. typical words. i want to say more words but my fingers can not write what my brain tells in terms of love, intresting, memory. one day i would like to come to you and hug up to hours. thanks, thanks, thanks dr jason ryan you made me real medical student❤️ love from mogadishu, horn of africa🙏💕💕

So basically type 2 error is like being "too small to detect" so you need more patients to detect the positivity.

Lipogenesis (fat build up) is known to be stimulated by insulin.
thanks with respect🙏❤️
can metalloproteinase also be the answer? it break basement membrane and ECM to invade adjacent tissue.
