She had good, strong chi and I believe she can heal some things😁 Good to know her, she earned it to get attention and some money, she is inteligent and nice. In her book/yt she shows and explains how to build up owb chi - zhang zhuan and some movement chi kung.👍

No, it was not shown at all! This is a confusing and poor presentation, and unfortunately serves to further misinform the nature of both Qigong and Taiji practices. Her message "This is the key to healing...You feel the force ... you move .." is lost in this demonstration, where the usual expectation is to forcefully send participants backwards and awkwardly falling like skittles. "No force" is not the same meaning as the "Empty Force" (Kong Jin) in Taiji, and this demonstration cannot be claimed to be a demonstration of it, since contrary to the usual Taiji Set-up, it was requested "NOT" to push! It seems that all she intended, was to show that if one feels (any) pressure then (as in the demonstration) and, so in life, that one needs to move with it (and not to be stiff, stubborn or inflexible). As, by being immovable ("Move, Move") they may have fallen awkwardly and hit their heads (especially given the short stage they were on!). It seems there was much lost in this cross-cultural transmission herein...

I owned Effie Chows book, started independent Qi gong got me growing, gave me insight to healing. Was the beginning to other masters and rising to higher vibration

Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cooworker at last got astronomical success with it.

Has anyone here ever been to a chiropractor and experienced a sudden release of pain and tension as the practitioner realigns certain vertebrae? There is often a popping sound as the vertebrae slips back into place. Some times it takes more than one visit to achieve this, but millions of people have benefited from their services. So what if I told you that as a decade-long practitioner of Chi Gong, I can do the same spinal alignments on myself? My joints, particularly in the cervical area, gently snap, crackle and pop as I do my daily Chi Gong or Tai Chi movements. At times, even my lumbar vertebrae will pop. It is never painful and always beneficial as the spine realigns itself. Is not the sound performed afer the heart sound contraindicated for certain conditions, specially cardiac issues? I tried pranayama & Ki Kou breathing, gently, slowly, without exerting myself, both had negative consequences. I suffer from a prescribed medication toxicity with profound damage at DNA level causing heart failure, ocular toxicity causing vision dysfunctions, retinal detachment and more. I also tried various Gi Gong healing modalities, which had negative outcome. Nevertheless, I am willing still willing to try some Qi Gong healing moves that may help rather than hinder. Anyone knowledgeable out there??

I have worked with Dr. Chow, she is the real deal. She has taught me how to do this and it is all about mastering your qi, which is one of the definitions of Qigong.
