Customer voice is needed to reflect back to the customer what we have heard from them and make sure we also use the customer language and lingo.
Spotlight.ai will also ensure the customer voice fits into a set length of text so that it can later be used on a slide that will be automatically generated by Spotlight.ai as part of the BVA or any other customer facing asset which is dynamically driven from the discovery.
