I wish I had this information before I bought my house in Hickory North Carolina.i go the shaft right up the back side when I bought my house in 2011. Wind in the kitchen not even a window it's two pieces of Windows put together and screwed into the frame. The foundation was gone I have had two the foundation was gone I have had two the foundation was gone I have had two the foundation was gone . There was two inspectors on this house one for the bank and one was for me to buy the house. My understanding is that I was supposed to get a list of everything that was wrong with the house that they found that this was complete fraud buy both inspectors in the bank and the Realtors and the people that own the house at the time. I have pictures from dry pro I am disabled I can't do these things are getting into the house or these repairs by myself. The bathroom in the front of the house with a porch that was closed in and I have no information on whether it was permitted or not. No information on that but I knew I do know by dry pro checking out the foundation that it is actually the toilet with pictures now with the toilet they cut through the main center beam and I have pictures. Who the hell does that there is no way that the inspection did not see that. And other things are not complete or were hidden from me before I bought the house. Including a bailiff and a pharmacist still in half of my property in 2015 after I owned it 5 years. Complete fraud . And I have all the paperwork showing that I legally own the property. My question now is if I put a porch next to the house on the existing deck if I close that in but don't attach it to the house is it considered an added structure? And do I need a permit?

This is a great video. I wish all Realtors and real estate agents would use these upfront with people. They are very important and one way to not only vet a person. But, also disclose buyer/seller/dual agency in writing.
