@@allenB0789 I hear you man. There are still some areas in Michigan where land prices are reasonable. Rockford is definitely on the rise with a lot of growth happening there. Depending on your lifestyle needs, I would check out places like like Comstock Park, Walker, Hudsonville, Byron Center, and some spots in Grand Rapids like the Wealthy St. District and Heritage Hill area.
