This video ALWAYS makes me fall asleep. So glad that this is created. My favorite part about this video is that it alternates between heavy and light rain which is HUGE for me when sleeping. This one is the best of all similar videos I've found. Lots of good thunder, and it doesn't sound artificial, like most of the others. I'm confined to bed, for many years now, and must keep the lights out and windows tightly blocked because of extreme sensitivity to ligt. So my circadian rhythms are completely random now; I can't even tell if it's day or night. So this is the first time I've found something that lets my body know when it's time to sleep, and it works SO WELL. Thank you!!!

I fell asleep instantly but woke up wet ,that rain really did work

I usually get 4-5 hours of sleep a night; that is on a good night! For the first time, I put this video on and slept 7 hours straight. This will be playing in my room nightly because I feel rested for the first time in years. I did not wake with a headache or feeling listless which is my norm. Thank you more than words can say for this wonderful video.

I suffer from intense night terrors due to PTSD, so have a fear of sleeping but your videos have been helpful on nights that are extremely hard I’ll keep these in the background or do meditation to them & it’s so comforting.
