Now that looks delicious 🤤
Eeeeeeeeeeew
can you give us the recipe pleasee?
I unfortunately don’t have a recipe. I just threw things together 🤷♂️
You don't need a butcher knife just a regular one
My man, I'm not trying to take the piss here but you've gotta add a bit more seasoning. The colour barely changed 😂
OooooO look good. Might sprinkle large grain sugar overthe top.
I messed up the icing. I edited it out 😬
Looks really good for indoor stove top cook. My steaks taste night/day grilled and flame kissed as opposed to inside on the stove. But this looks as good as it gets inside. Also spotted Annies Mac, my kids choice for mac n cheese 👍
Needs to be a bit hotter, there’s nearly no crust on that piece of meat. Good lines though
Walmart ass steaks
I like the concept. But a gas grill inside a house? There is nothing country there????
Thats a gas stove top, preferred by many.
The sizzle of meat is such a wonderful sound.
Noce😁
Looks delicious
Right on partner on cooking and putting this out there! May I make a suggestion?
Of course, any suggestions are welcome!
Ok partner, this is constructive feedback so keep an open mind and don’t take my word on it alone, just try it out for your self. 1. A little more fat of some kind in your pan after it’s preheated. We need to carry that heat from the pan to the protein through conduction. This will help with the Millard reaction, caramelization or browning of the meat. I use a blend of 3 to 1 rice bran oil to organic Evoo, and a nut of butter. 2. HeaT your pan to a higher temp and hard sear the meat. This will remove that gray line, and lock in the juices. It will also render the far better for more flavor. 3. Season heavily before on both sides with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. Way more than you would think. 4. Rest your steaks before slicing them 10mins or so. You may have rested them but I still saw red coming out in your board. You can Even cover them with a plate, or plastic wrap. You want to juices and myoglobin to coagulate so the steak doesn’t before dry after cooking. Once it’s rested you can always flash it in the pan again for 3sex on each side to reheat it. 5. With the veg, sauté the onions first, then add your mushrooms and cook a while before adding the squash. This will bring out the flavors better. Season at the end. 6. Mac and cheese, it’s from a box so my only comment is to add a little bit of fresh grated cheese in the cooking to add fat and flavor. 7. I didn’t see the lobster tail poached but maybe you can share with the community at your convenience. Happy cooking snd way to go sharing your art with the world! Cooking is about doing tons of little things well. Keep up the learning and cooking!
