Wow🤩
Bello❤😊
🎉🎉🎉
Just until not so long ago, perhaps until the late 90s, moldovan weddings were really authentic, beautiful, full of traditions. Nowadays it's just business, showing off and making money, nobody cares about traditions or authenticity, it's just about inviting as many people as possible which have as much money as possible.
My grandpa was in Cricova prison, back in Soviet days and worked in Cricovas mines
Amazing !
I am from Vienna,Austria. Soon i will be retired, and wish to have calm life. Can you give me some more information, related to purchace of house
It is such a shame locals having to suffer from all the pollution caused by trucks and making the nearby lands their place to do the physiological needs. I am born and bread in Giurgiulesti and never seen my Village in this massive grey cloud of dust. Children cannot walk freely and local drivers are always at risk of car accidents because there are no gaps between trucks to use both sides of the road. I wish the Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Foreign Affairs could solve this problem and create conditions for trucks to stop, free up the main road of the village and let locals live their lives in peace. 🙏
Beautiful story. Hoping to see more soon
How big is the plot of land where the old house is? Maybe I can buy the old house then rebuilt it with a big modern house?
Great story! Thanks for sharing. It wasn't clear, but is Informbusiness exporting whole buses or just components?
All old houses in post-soviet countries didn't have kitchen or toilets, they did their business outside in a small room kind of toilet and the food was made on old stoves inside one of the bedrooms.
Bravooo. I did a good choice ❤🎉
What did you do?
@@JournoBirds I didn't do nothing. I was trying to say... you've done a good Choice buying a house so cheap.
Ah, I see!:) It just sounded like you also bought an abandoned house in Moldova and I wanted to know more about it! @@JuliusCezardeRomania.01
Mi-a plăcut!
Multumesc.
You forgot to mention that the moldovans are romanians, speaking standard romanian. The official language in the Republic of Moldova is romanian. Also Bessarabia / The Republic of Moldova was part of Romania until 1944 because Romania liberated it from Russia in 1941-1944.
It’s true that Moldova was part of Romania, but many identify themselves as Moldovans and not Romanians. And we respect that.
@@JournoBirds yes but the official langauge is romanian. They speak romanian they are romanians. Moldovan is just a regional identity of the romanian population. The Principality of Moldova was split in half in 1812 by Russia, most of the eastern half became the R.Moldova in 1991 and the western half formed Romania together with Wallachia in 1859 and is part of Romania ever since.
@@JournoBirdsIt's like Australia, they call themselves australians but speak english, and are in fact english with a touch of local assimilated aboriginal taste
I don't think it's our right to tell someone how they should identify themselves. @@3dfxvoodoocards6
@@JournoBirds I am moldovan-romanian myself, lived all my life in the R.Moldova so please don't tell me how I should identify. We speak romanian, we were part of Romania until 1940/44 when Russia invaded Romania and occupied its eastern regions, we are romanians.
Unire
This video made me cry
Why?
MOLDOVA is ROMANIA. I am moldovan romanian from Iași. Moldova is split, one is a province and one a country. We need to unite 😢
Yet you don't speak moldovan dialect in that part. Funny, but our moldovan dialect is also spoken in Southern Basarabia and Bucovina(occupied by Ukraine) - parts that were not part of a united Romanian state for too long (1918-1940, 1941-1943), because your school system is destorying variations of romanian, which is a pity. A big reason to say - let's be close with each other but just stay as relatives and not as a common body
Mda, trist. 🇲🇩🤝🇪🇪 ⛔🐖⛔
As a Romanian I'm happy to hear my Moldovan brothers and sisters are making steps in the right direction. 🇷🇴♥️🇲🇩
We are too!
Didn't know that they producing parts for San-Francisco. thanks.
It was a surprise for us, too!:)
Bravo autorilor!
Multumesc mult! Apreciem cu adevărat.
what a nice story of a modest man :)
Thank you! He’s a really interesting guy!
Love your work and have shared widely. Thank you!
Oh wow! Thank you so much! Really kind words.
very nice work. I'm also on a journey to discover the place where I've lived already for 7 years. Thank you for sharing your passion and making this video so pleasent to listen and watch!
Thank you for your comment and kind words! Please let us know if you see or hear anything we should further explore here in Moldova! Either here or info@journobirds.com
Amazing work, this city is so cool! I always wonder about the histories of all the derelict buildings there. I thought the Villa Herza was an old train station. What's the deal with the railroad museum on Iuri Gagarin?
Thank you! We really appreciate your comment! Unfortunately, we don't know much about the railroad museum. What do you know about it? If you have any other story ideas we could cover, please write here or info@journobirds.com
Very interesting ! Great video!
Thank you!
Thank you a lot for revealing this man and his story!
Nice! Have you been to this building?
@@JournoBirds Always been fascinated by this building, but never had courage to cnock the door. To say the truth, I often remember myself iritated when realize that this beauty is private, not state owned, which would mean public accessible; and inner yard looks like random storage of unneded things, but of course we have to respect his private ownership. I think Nikita has a certain rebel spirit, towards any state: Russian, Moldovan or any other. He and his house are perfectly matching each other, they are "not like others" and show it any time possible. This is what makes Chisinau unique 🙂
I love it! Good job!
Thank you so much!
I agree that it is hard to find job in Transnistria. But I don't understand why settling in Transnistria is unrecommended . It is hard to imagine to me that anyone could ask refuge about their political opinion . We all hope that peace will com soon . But realistikly I dont understend how it will turn out so . Majority of lokal peopleare shoked that war so near to us .
Thank you for this comment! Yes. The war is scary for anyone, regardless of their political views.
Cool video with lots of positivism! I also opened a small company and its still going strong in 2024 too, honestly I cannot believe it myself
Wow! What does your company do?
There is nothing more satisfying to my ears than Estonians and Finns speaking English. That accent is just👌 btw your husband is doing a great job as minesterul economie
Haha! Nice comment! The main explorer and a storyteller in this video is not Marian though (who you refer to). It’s Tiina. She lives in Estonia and comes to Moldova every month to find and tell stories to you guys:)
Villa Herta is so stunning and right near the Boulevard! And left in such a delapidation :( its very sad because from the outside it looks well done
I know. It breaks our hearts! Hopefully it will come back to life before it’s too late.
New subscriber here, I currently live in Chișinău and is nice to find out about these historical hidden buildings, thank you for posting!!!
Thank you for subscribing. It means a lot! And this story surprised us too. This city is way too under explored.

Where you can find this Houses?Online?
If you get lucky, you may find some at 999.md. But many just have a sign up so you need to drive around villagers and keep your eyes open.
You can also look in Ukraine. That is what I'm doing.
Interesting! What's your experience there?@@harryukraine
@@JournoBirds it looks like my comment keeps getting removed. I have no idea why.
well. it's not worth monetizing. food is undervalued
What do you mean?
@@marianmanni6213 every new generation of farmers must at least double the used land, to feed his own family by selling his products. this makes no sense. they should stop monetizing agriculture and find some more profitable occupation to earn money

De ce se scrie in loc de ,, Moldova " , scrie in traducere ,,Mova"?
Unde? în subtitrarea automată?
Where? In the automatic captions?
