    How do you make oat flour without using a processor or blender a grinder a rolling pin or anything

      That’s a good question. It would be pretty tough to get a smooth flour without any such tools. For this recipe, you will need a blender or food processor. I hope that helps :)

      The only way I’ve done it so far is in the instant pot. I will have to test it out some more before I publish a recipe.     Just because is a bit whipped doesn't mean you get to call it whipped cream. Is just pudding.

      You’re right that it isn’t quite the same as whipped cream! However, I wouldn’t eat this on its own as a pudding. Since it is very rich and has a similar flavour to whipped cream, it’s meant to be served in small quantities as a dessert topping or frosting. So the reason it’s called whipped cream is simply because that’s the term most folks use when searching for such a thing 🙂

      @@beetofthewildother thank that I eat a similar smoothie every day! Peanut butter really makes it taste good. Smoothies are my vehicle for raw greens. I just wish the colour looked less like baby poop when you add greens to peanut butter 😂

    Whether saving pumpkin seeds to plant or roast, here’s the easiest way to clean them ↡ Simply pour water into the bowl, covering the seeds. This makes it easier to remove the seeds from the pulp. Swoosh the seeds around and then begin to pick out the strands and pulp. Any seeds attached to large chunks should slide right off. Once most has been removed, pour the seeds into a colander to strain and rinse off any remaining pulp.     How to Make the Perfect Homemade Pumpkin Purée ↡ 🤎 Use Sweet Pumpkin ↠ Using the right type of Pumpkin is the number one key! While it can be tempting to make a large quantity out of a big ole Jack O’ Lantern, small Sweet Pumpkins (aka Pie Pumpkins) will give you a thicker texture, sweeter flavour and deeper orange colour. 🧡 Roast at 350 ↠ Pumpkin is full of nutrients you don’t want to waste! Avoid roasting at temperatures higher than 350 to get the most nutritional value out of your Pumpkin Purée. 🤎 Remove Skin when Warm ↠ As soon as your pumpkin is cool to the touch (while still warm on the inside), you should be able to peel the outer skin right off. This saves a good chunk of time from having to scoop and scrape! 🧡 Blend / Mash ↠ Once you’ve removed the outer skin, blend or mash your pumpkin to get a smooth and even purée. I find using an immersion blender provides the best results. However, a regular blender, food processor, masher or even a fork will work just fine. 🤎 Bonus ↠ If you want to be an all-star with the smoothest pumpkin purée on the block, you can take it a step further and press it through a fine mesh sieve to remove any strands or chunks.
