Was riding Advanced class with Sportbike Track Time Monday Sept 26th. Following Joey Subrizi through turn 2 and the almost collided with another bike the apex of the turn.
Trackday Winners Road Atlanta April 28, 2021 - R6 Battle with liter bike. Good until engine lets go.

Classic battle - R6 trying to get around 1000cc bike and hold him behind for the long straight. Everything was going well. I felt good on the bike, then late in the last session during a down shift into turn 6, back tire locked when I let the clutch out. Pulled the clutch back in and the engine started knocking. Loss of power. Bummer, time to drop the engine and diagnose.

I have to come to Road Atlanta for my next track day. This track looks like it's so much fun.
Living in the UK rode sports bikes for many years on tight twisty roads. Then made the switch to a Harley fat bob as I wanted some comfort, and the engines are great fun. Unfortunatley stock suspension on Harley's is a joke, love the bikes, but Harleys stock suspension is like Ducati's electrics...crap. I'm buying a set of Ohlins for my fat bob with preload and rebound damping. I'd buy white power, Nitrox or Showa, but Ohlins is showing the way. Nice video, you can actually see how good the shocks work. Also I've heard you need to change the swingarm bushes to take out the flex and put in someting stiffer.
I can only agree, i live in Germany now but come back for holidays,the roads are shite in the UK i have a RGS 2016 and also whish to upgrade the suspension. Not quite sure were to go or get them from.
