Peeling the eggplant skin is a personal choice for this recipe, as it helps create a softer texture for the Borani Banjan and ensures the flavors of the dish come through without the slightly bitter taste that the skin can sometimes have. That said, you bring up an excellent point about reducing waste. Making something creative like a side dish from the skins is a fantastic idea! @ alhamdulillah my family are very well and they are enjoying the holidays. I am going through health issues but alhamdulillah I have a very positive attitude to life and I’m going through everyday like before. Always trying hard to keep my children happy more than anything. Please pray for me so I fight through and be normal again. Thank you for your reply and inshaallah il stay connected as I love if vlogs anyways. Sometimes I just get so busy with my interpreting course level 2 and cooking and chores and errands and vlogging editing it’s hard to take time to watch vlogs but I do catch up on the ones that are my favourite like urs sis.
