I would say to go by feel in terms of how your body is responding to it. It’s important you rest afterwards so you can integrate the changes into your system. Give them a day or so to integrate before doing a different one unless you feel u tricky called to it and you are adequately resourced. 💛✨💛🙏

I like that you are curious. The sounds are multidimensional commands and though they sound the same can work together differently. Eg one sound might mean heart and another open which repeated amplifies the command. That from our conscious mind might seem like it’s the command over and over for different intentions but it works beyond what the mind can understand. I’m also not speaking light language from my mind, it’s channelled, that might sound obvious but what I’m meaning is that it’s fully aligned with the intention and the sounds that come through activate the required healing specific to each individual need within the intention, speaking directly to those non conscious parts of our greater being, even if it sounds the same to our brain. Additionally what is happening in the other dimensional levels is translated into English so that we can consciously understand what those commands were doing. Maybe I will write an article about this on my blog! What I would say though to keep this short is that you are receiving healing and light codes not just through the sounds but through the images ( often), the frequency of my voice and the high vibrational space I am holding. I also feel and see what is shifting which I can then express to you during the process. Here’s an example. One sound might be the intention, another sound might be the command to deliver it to the body another might be to ground it into the earth etc so you can see how those sounds work for many different intentions. Many people can feel the shifts as they are happening even before I say it, so the best way to understand is to notice how you feel. Hope that helps. 💕🙏

I’ve noticed that there are layers/waves of it and/or a pendulum swinging back and forth into it and out of it as we stabilise timelines.
