The original Allure was my first Chanel purchase, way back in 1999. It was a powerful EDT back then. I have the other flankers. Extreme is a compliment magnet, especially outside when the wind catches the sillage. Chanel sent a sample of this a couple of weeks ago. I then bought a bottle. The citrus opening is addictive! I know what you mean about the dry down as it's very smooth. BTW...I have all 3 concentrations of BDC, but I think the Parfum is a masterpiece. It's so beautifully blended.

@mtedwards sounds like you and I think a lot alike regarding this one! I had the eau extreme and edition blanche but never the OG Allure Homme Sport. And yes, I agree about BDC Parfum. It's simply a masterpiece of a fragrance. Cheers, my friend!

I tend to reach for BDC parfum when I'm suited and booted, and for the evenings when I'm on vacation. Elegance doesn't have to scream. ​@@AromaKicks17

I get a strong white floral vibe with a bit of sunscreen. Synthetic, yeah, I'd agree on that but I don't get much of the window cleaner vibe. I get more of that from Lemon Line. Which strangely enough, I also enjoy! 🤣 Cheers!

I respect that. I've seen and heard some folks say they get that as well. We all have different ways our sense of smell perceives fragrances for sure. I get more white florals than anything. Almost like a toned down one million parfum. Don't get me wrong, they are not alike for sure, just talking about the floral aspect. Anyways, thanks for stopping by and I totally respect your opinion. That's right! Man, this stuff smells really good. I don't have anything else quite like it in my collection.
