What I love and always loved about this song is how she incorporates how important art is to her, with her music (here by mentioning Warhol). But One of my favorite aspects to this song is how it is a ballad and then during the bridge the tempo speeds up, which upon first listen is completely unexpected. During that tempo change, you can feel her fantasizing about the good times that she imagines but that they never had. The change in the speed of the music indicates happiness and then she remembers her reality as it is now, and the tempo changes back to the sadness of a ballad. THAT is brilliant. That is a true artist making art.
