It all depends on the devices you plug into it 😁Have a look at our "How to Calculate Watts" video to get an estimate - the power station will also inform you on the screen how many hours it can run as soon as the devices are plugged in.

Hi ! The LAN port is used to provide internet to your devices whereas a POE port is used to power your devices. Both can be used at the same time on one device, POE will provide power and LAN will provide internet

@@ruggedsa35 POE will provide both data and power at the same time, its an IEEE standard. Where would the UPS get the internet from to supply it over LAN? Sorry, I'm just really confused about the purpose of the 2 ports. I wonder if the LAN port allows internet in and the POE port provides both of power and internet to a POE capable device.

@@Not-TheOneThe LAN port is an unimpeded signal-in port for networking traffic not unlike how network hubs used to work before smart switches came about. There does have to be a LAN port. The LAN port signal gets mirrored onto the POE port on the way out with POE power added also on pins 2+,6-,5+,8-. Gigabit also only needs 4 pins in any case and will probe which pins give the best signal, which is why your network port on a device takes a few seconds to start blinking with traffic when you plug it in; the 4 extra pins are/were future proofing, as 10Gbit now requires 6 cores, and because the cores are thicker than the old RJ-11 telephony wires.
