I clicked on this video because that controller looks ancient now, in 2024. I'm now demoing those out.

Add some videos for reheat configurations. I've got a basic 0-10vdc modulating valve and configured the reheat to modulating. I only get a 5.6v DC or 10.5v DC signal. Valve will only stay 100% open or 0% open based on switching RA/DA dip switches on valve. I've got a SA temp sensor wired up, everything is wired and programmed correctly. Not too impressed with this setup for reheat so far and can't seem to find a valid tech support line.

Looks like when the cover for the vav is installed those velocity ports on the front could cause some issues. You barley touched the high port and the poly tube popped off

ABOUT BALANCING STEPS FOR SIMPLY VAV , WHEN U CHOOSE ( Pmax) THE CONTROLLER WILL GIVE YOU THE ACTUAL AIRFLOW FOR THE VAV UNIT WHICH USUALLY GIVES AIR FOR MORE THAN ONE GRILL IN THE CEILING , BUT WHEN YOU WILL USE THE AIRFLOW MEASURING HOOD IN THIS VIDEO , YOU ARE MEASURING AIRFLOW ONLY FOR ONE GRILL , THEN YOU TYPE THIS ACTUAL MEASURED AIRFLOW VALUE IN THE STE SENSOR. THE VAV UNIT DOESN'T KNOW HOW MANY GRILL IS SUPPLIED BY IT SO HOW DO YOU GIVE THE CONTROLLER AIRFLOW VALUE FOR ONE GRILL WHILE IT NEEDS THE TOTAL ACTUAL AIRFLOW FOR THE VAV UNIT ?
