since albums were only $3.69 in N.Y.C. in 1970, i bought records of groups unknown to me because i thought their covers were cool. and because there were so many cool bands around that... why not? you never know. this is one i bought for the cover and played to death!! still love it today.

What a fabulous piece of music to escape in, i didn't want to return.

bought this album in 1970. rather elaborate sleeve which no doubt cost them dear. It remains a brilliant and charming record. Their own and Gary "Moorehens" contributions notwithstanding there is at the production desk the magic hand of Joe Boyd. This song is a perfect example of folk rock of the time. It lives on, a bit, certainly with me.
