The correct title of this remarkable wonderful little book is "The 7 Day Mental Diet", by Emmet Fox. We tend to make life difficult for ourselves and blame others. When its our own negative thinking that is the problem. We hang out with the wrong friends just to feel included. Drop them from your life. Follow the advice in this book and I promise you it will change your life for the better. Its a cheap pamphlet to purchase. A quick read. I came across it in Watkins Book Store, Cecil Street, London. Near Leicester Square. I would recommend you read the book every day during the 7 day process as this will help to stimulate your mind. And of course this is an exercise for life...not just 7 days. Otherwise your former negative self/ thoughts will take over once again. When anyone upset you...just ignore....read the phamphlet. Don't be afraid to distance yourself from negative and abusive friendships.🌻You are your best friend. Love yourself you are blessed with love and greatness.
