Wake to the Tui song and fall asleep to the ruru owl's call. Nestled beneath the embrace of majestic Pohutukawa trees, this cottage has withstood the test of time, witnessing countless events in Piha's storied past. As you step inside you can sense the history, memories, and laughter.
Looking North West, glimpse the surf from the top deck before walking down to the large lower deck, fruit trees and vegetable gardens, fringed with established native trees, in the secluded sun drenched back section.
As one of the oldest baches left in Piha, with a few modifications and additions, it still stands strong today. It has been cherished by generations, with the current owners lovingly caring for it over the past 27 years.
Now, the time has come to pass this treasured piece of Piha's history to a new family, to guard and care for it in the years to come.
