I loaded up the twins for a fun day at Carowinds - a Cedar Fair (now Six Flags) park just outside Charlotte, NC. Half of the park is in South Carolina and half is in North Carolina. We ride roller coasters, eat overly expensive food, and dive into the water park - Carolina Harbor. I hope you come away with some tips to have a great day when taking elementary aged kids to this fun regional park....

We're falling down on the job with our latest dadventure. Kids roller skate cheap on Saturday mornings at Skateland of Augusta, so let's wear these twins out at the roller rink. We needed some indoor fun to beat this Georgia heat.

Tips: drink a lot of water, sleep well, try exercising to build muscle; it will help you lose weight. And you can do it stick to it even if you do a cheat meel it dosn’t flush all your progress, keep going
