We saw the house but they wanted to us to send. Payments through zelle or bit coin ATM machine. I never saw the landlord in person. E every tells the same story of living too far or being out of town. I also have already seen the house in person inside and out with the use of a code for their smart lock.

Video is pretty on point. Overall Nashua is a good city. The only thing I would add is that there are large businesses (like BAE) that are being allowed to not pay property taxes, and it has driven our taxes through the roof. In 2022 I was a little over $4K/year. Now I'm at almost $8K and the new bill comes out next month... Rivier University is also buying up every bit of land that they can, and they are a non profit so with every sale the city loses more revenue, which the citizens are having to make up for..

Why would someone install a fence to leave 3 feet of their property on the neighbours’ side? In U.K. we have a 7 Year Boundary rule that allows people to claim land they’ve openly used for 7 years or more. I know many US house plots are larger than in U.K. but even so, isn’t it always best to put a fence as a boundary marker, so any confusion is avoided?

I recently had an offer on a home and it was accepted and it was in attorney review and after a week the seller backed out with no reason given.

I live in Keene New Hampshire. I love the state of New Hampshire. It's beautiful and clean and I'm very happy to live here. I loved Keene before I moved here. I would come and do all my shopping and just stroll around, taking the environment. Since they've built a second huge homeless shelter it has become very dangerous to go out at night, you hear police sirens all throughout the day, people begging on the streets for money. I can't even go down the hiking trails or the park by myself because it's become too dangerous. More and more you hear of people being dragged into the woods and unspeakable things being done to them. They don't care if you're a man or a woman that will rob you beat you and do terrible things to you😢

This is brilliant! Do these types of associations exist in other areas? As a business person here in the UK, we have something similar. If and when we relocate to NH I’d be very interested in something like this! 👍🏻

Hey guys, we are looking at a possible relocation to the US from the UK and NH especially Manchester and Bedford are high on the list. Been looking through some of your videos and found some great content. Maybe you could do some in depth videos on certain areas? For instance: our son wants to study Law and then practice Law, does these areas facilitate that? Is soccer (we call it football) lol a thing in these area, what about business opportunities? I’ve set up a few successful businesses here in the UK what’s it like in certain areas? Manchester seems to tick this box. We love the coast how long would it take to get to the coast from Manchester or Bedford. Taxes… what’s the property tax like? Whats the healthcare like? These types of questions are what a lot of people are looking for, hope maybe this has helped with a bit of content for you? I worked with a fence company a long time ago. The 1 thing I learned was not to connect the home owner fence to the nabors back fence line, u can set the end/Conor post. Just inside of property lines 3:32 t 3:32 As long as you don't attach to the nabors fence. 3 inch in side home owner line

The best thing about being in New Hampshire is, it’s not Maine Massachusetts or Vermont. So being near any of those states is not important to me. Remember, New Hampshire has great skiing.

southern New Hampshire is called north taxachusetts for a good reason . It is NOT affordable !

Nashua is a sleeper community for Boston. I have lived here since the 70s and watched every field vanish, strip malls pop up everywhere, and traffic explode. It’s a city without direction. City planners could have done better. I guess if you like urban sprawl then Nashua is perfect.

It's all too petty for words

First thing i always do when checking out a rental listing is go to the assessor’s website and do a property search. If the listed owner does not match the name of the person renting it its more than likely a scam.

My neighbor called the cops on me for replacing my fence. They said i destroyed their property… i should the police the county survey and that they hooked their gate on my post. My fence is a foot away from my property line and they’re demanding i fix their gate. Found a baggie of dog 💩 on my driveway the next morning.
