I totally get why you’d feel that way. California’s definitely got its challenges, especially with the cost of living. But for some people, the weather, job market, and lifestyle still make it worth the move. It really depends on what you’re looking for. Thanks for your comment! 🙂

Wow, it’s cool you’ve seen Santana Row evolve from the old Town & Country days. Living at the Row definitely isn’t for everyone-it’s more about the energy and convenience than quiet living. I totally get why you’d prefer the nearby neighborhoods for a better balance. Thanks for sharing your experience and perspective!

@@Conrad_Sinsay yeah..town and country was a sleepy place back in the early 90s..me and my friends used to hangout at the "Moulin Rouge" coffee house at the corner deep in T&C where El Jardín Tequila Bar is now...The guy is right about it being a fake rodeo drive.

People come here to work otherwise they would be in a lower minimum wage state. Overpriced but still sold due to limited availability
