You couldn't really tell in the vid, but the back border was all worn down and white. Can't remember if I gave a close up. A lot of the stuff I have pulled from them is similar.

That doesn't sounds to bad! I'm sure there is some good stuff here and there, I'm more referencing the item as a whole. But then again, it very well could just be extremely bad luck 😂

@@TheCardGewru for sure, I definitely think I got lucky after seeing some videos. I don't think this is the norm. As a business, they're going to need to make money so it makes sense.

Like I said in the vid it is really just my experience and to take it half heartidly. Roughly 90% of these packs don't reach value though, and they pack them full of black star promos, cards that are worthless, or cards with damage. I think that alone is not cool. I have probably spent over $500 worth on these products to review and have never once gotten anything of real value. Could just be me, but it is just a low value product when there are other mystery items on the market for considerably better value is all. Not really reaching, just giving a review based off personal experience.

Some people I've heard have had an okay experience honestly, but I personally, time after time, had the same poor quality. Glad it helped you!

In OBS studios ypu have to add an additional since for your video input device! That is the software I used, so if you use a different one then I'm not sure. For my phone to record directly to OBS I used the Elgato software

He is also just giving his opinion and his experience even if he says something, it is up to the viewer to fall for the consumer product. He is just giving his own personal review. We as the consumer can not see when the mystery box are being made. If their was a clear video of opening up many booster boxes and filming making the mystery box I would get one myself but since we can't see that how do you know or not know if the packs are weighed then sent out. Just cause someone has a warehouse full of product doesn't mean they are successful. Having a warehouse of inventory is hard on anyone especially if they do not own that building cause the property manager can raise the rent of a building at any given time. I do not know this youtuber at all and just came across his video but he is right though he has solid input. So stop with your negative energy yourself and just watch the video just like the rest of us. If you hate his negative attitude why don't you buy some mystery boxes from poke collect and film it yourself and show us what you get. maybe his experiences will be like yours or maybe not, never know till you try.

Also, if you saw all of my videos you would realize I have positive energy, and say great things about a lot of product. However, if I have an opportunity to point out a mystery product I feel is not up to par, then I will give my input. I am not sure if you watched the whole thing, but I also state in there that this is MY experience, and others may have better luck. I am just giving an honest review after giving them more than their fair share of tries. I understand if you feel differently, but you need to do better and learn how to not react this way to someone whos character you know nothing about.

I open mystery packs quite a lot for yall, and unfortunately these are consistently full of black star promos and terrible pulls. Just an individual experience, but the consistency of how bad they are compared to other brands is noticable. All in pointing out. I have several vids on great mystery product I fully support.

Definitely think there are some sketchy, but also some really honezt ones. Regardless, it does increase the gambling facot of pull rates. But it is for the fun and some people find it worth it 🤷‍♂️

I think it may be true for some, but definitely not for all. A lot of great UA-camrs are super open and honest about their odds. Ultimately it being a scam is up to the perception of the person viewing the product, and/or if they find a mystery product fun. Some are definitely fishy or scammy, but there are plenty of mystery product out there that are honest and fun to the right person who undersrands the risk.

@@TheCardGewru I would agree with you if they didn't have an audience of impressionable children. Opening their own products that are rigged to make good content knowing their demographic is inherently exploitative.

Believe it or not most of the audience for these kinds of channel (typically 85% and above) are 18 and over. I know personally, and from other larger UA-camrs in the niche. I do understand where you are coming from, but I know personally people who are honest about their odds, and very upfront with their audience that more often than not they will lose money. However, there are some that are 100% bait and catch just for money. But there are definitely fun and trustworthy mystery product on the market from UA-camrs if it is your thing, but if it is not then that is fine too 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, it is definitely our own experience and others could have had a good one. But it was the consistency of how terrible it was for me, and how much product I had bought and every one of them was absolutely awful 🤷‍♂️

That's actually untrue about PokeRev. I pulled a vintage holo out of my Jungle pack I got from him. It is a risk people take for the fun, so you are paying for the experience. It is up to us PokeTubers to take the hit for yall and find which ones are truly scams or not in the end.

I do agree that Danny's packs are unreal value though

I'm just saying that even for gold tiers, they sre more then likely to be light packs compare to it being heavy packs even if you pulled it. But yes you are correct, it is just for the experience.

Supporting content creators is just as important honestly. Particularly in the Pokemon niche, ypu do not make much money at all from views.

@TheCardGewru I'm talking about pokerev the guy has over 2 mil subs he's making bank off that alone. Don't give him $10 per pack lol UA-camrs who don't have millions of subs yes I feel for ya that's a diff story. Donations are key at the beginning

@wuwear1995 his mystery product is actually a really fair price. Having a trusted provider for us people who enjoy mystery product, and the ability to support fellow creators, is a win win. For him to make crazy videos every day he has to make additional revenue outside of UA-cam, because UA-cam revenue just isn't enough for what he does. UA-cam is treated as a business as well if you are good at it. Nothing wrong with what he is doing. Just my opinion. I definitely see where you are coming from through!
