Hello Mr. Daniel and everyone listening, this method of teaching about how to conduct an experiment is deceptive and you should pull down the video. At 13:04 you have the columns for t1 and t2 filled out. There is no conducted experiment where you'll get ti values always exclusively lesser than t2 values as seen in your video. This means the results were false values that were written in the columns as you have demonstrated. Any examinations council will see your experiment as false and you'll be failed. You did not do the experiment. You used your knowledge and understanding of how simple pendulum experiments work and forced some false values in your table. I'm sorry for the students you're teaching. How are they going to be scientists if they can falsify values to pass exams? Sorry but this is a bad video Also how on earth did you assume that g = 9.7 m/s^2 which you used in your calculations to get the T values for the various lengths L (cm)? Do we have to assume some values before we can come to conclusions in experiments? Your students if they become engineers one day will construct bridges that will collapse in no time, cars that will crash leading to deaths, etc. Sorry sir, pull you video. This is deception

@ adantephil8833 I want to first all commend you for your comments/reactions. I have personal labs for physics and chemistry over here and I have the equipments/ reagents for all my experiments so to speak. .I just have few sincere questions for you from all you just said. 1)Sir, is it a must that experimentally that a students t1 values must be greater than t2 or perhaps t2 values must be greater than t1? Can you tell me just a reason why students re instructed to get values for t1, t2, and possibly t3? 2)Do you remember from secondary schools to our university level that acceleration due to gravity g is approximated to 10m/s² when it's actually 9.8m/s²? why? 3)As a physicist you are too, do you notice that while scoring a students who performed experiment on simple pendulum that acceleration due to gravity has a range of values ie he/she must not get exactly 9.8m/s² ? 4)Now, let's be sincere here, if you truly watch the videos well, you will notice that these results were gotten using simple pendulum formular and with experienced high Intelligent skills. Now, talking about having best engineers, scientist etc, I want to ask you sir, can a student who does not have very high IQ be able to come up with such content/ table of values? 5) Today, some schools do not have well equipped good physics/chemistry laboratory, some examination bodies(I won't mention their names but they know themselves) are using alternative to practicals and some schools/universities (which I won't call their names here but they know themselves too)are now using computer based method ie multiple choice questions pattern to write their physics/chemistry practical exams, WHERE ON EARTH IS IT DONE?How is these patterns helping the students to become better scientist tomorrow you just talked about when they re not performing the experiments live and direct? Tomorrow they graduate the students when they barely have nothing in their head. what have you done personally to checkmate that sir? Over here, I do all my best to see I teach my students how to perform these experiments live and direct too and I decided to use my experienced high Intelligent skills too to come up with these contents so as to help the students see some concepts of simple pendulum Experiments etc and how they can get their readings using simple pendulum formulars( which you know too), if they couldn't conduct the experiments. Like I said earlier, it only takes a student with very high IQ to understand my content well cos he/she must first of all understand the experiment, all the principles of reading accuracy, maximum error, standard error etc. Even though that you started your comment with insult@ by saying that my content is deceptive and even ordered me to pull down the content, i won't unleash my anger on the mess going on in education system today on you! But, for the sake of next time, remember that respect is reciprocal to avoid violence. I come in peace sir! Goodnight sir and sleep well!
