In 2015 and 2016 Gary Holmes and Peter Smith ( AKA Mixed Metaphor) recorded a CD of largely guitar driven instrumental music. It was called 'A Bakers Dozen'. Several tracks were rearrangements of much loved Celtic / Irish / Scottish tunes . It was clear that we needed more than guitars. It had to be wind, it had to be tasteful and creative so it just had to be Bill Wiseman. This video is not synced well but we just hope it conveys the mood, the artistry and gentle whimsy of our wonderful friend. Our condolences to Bill's family and to the larger Hunter Valley Folk Club family that will miss him so very much. Gary Holmes and Peter Smith.
